The oral exposition took place at the Faculty of Sciences of Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Carles wants to thank the support of the whole Fusion group, who gave him valuable advise prior to the actual presentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the upcoming months, he will continue <strong>developing the new Neutron Transport Module within the Alya framework<\/strong> (PRACE), improving its capabilities and the range of problems that might be tackled with it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Fusion group member, Carles Riera, successfully presented his Master thesis, titled: &#8220;Development of a Deterministic Neutron Transport Code Based on the Alya System at Barcelona Supercomputing Center&#8221;, based on the work he has been carrying out since last February.
