Fisch \/ PPPL<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Professor of Astrophysical Sciences, Associate Director for Academic Affairs at PPPL, and Director of the Program in Plasma Physics at Princeton University,\u00a0Nathaniel J.
